Born and bred in Boston, I started out as a photographer in the 1980′s primarily shooting musicians and bands in the local Boston music scene. I am an avid student in life and in the classroom and have taken classes in Boston at New England School of Photography and Mass Art, and in NYC at the School of Visual Arts, Cooper Union and with various independent photographers. Over time, as my friends and family started having kids, I found my photographic interests gravitating more toward portraits; and babies and kids in particular. I am passionate about capturing what it is that makes you or your child special. My style is simple, casual and natural. I let my subject lead. I like to observe the environment with my camera and capture as many organic moments as possible.
